Installation and usage

A local-first Kanban app with drag-and-drop boards, List and Today views, editable cards, search, planning helpers and JSON backup.

A local-first app, with no backend or account required. Planning helpers use local rules, not an AI model. CLI installation provides the scoped React app; use the complete ZIP for the ready-configured PWA.

The ZIP includes the complete project, setup notes and upstream files and provenance in .podie. Extract it, run npm install, then npm run dev. The component installer adds a scoped React entry point to an existing project.
